Delete your TrekSathi account

In the app

1. Open TrekSathi and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account, then Delete permanently.

Without the app

Email us from the email address or phone number you sign in with (say which). We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it’s done. support@luklalogic.ai

What’s deleted

Your account and sign-in details, profile, trips, check-ins, emergency contacts, Family Follow links, chats, listings, trek stories, trail photos, groups and push notification tokens. Recorded tracks and offline maps are only on your phone; uninstalling the app removes them.

What’s kept

Condition, cost and checkpoint reports and questions and answers you posted stay to help other trekkers, without your name or photos. Missing-person reports and tips stay as safety records, without your name.
